Responsible engagement

Responsible engagement starts by making the boundaries visible

Professional cooperation is not merely agreement on price. Technical scope, counterparties, intended use, confidentiality and applicable requirements need review and a record before commitment.

01

Professional conduct

YAS does not support bribery, improper payments, disproportionate gifts, undisclosed conflicts of interest or misleading statements. Each engagement must be documented through clear contractual responsibilities.

02

Cross-border eligibility

International enquiries are reviewed case by case for counterparties and ownership, product origin and classification, end use and end user, payment route, applicable export controls, restrictions and licensing requirements. Receipt of an enquiry does not confirm that a transaction is legally permissible.

03

Confidentiality and intellectual property

Project files, well information, commercial data and technical documents are shared only on a need-to-know basis with defined access. Product and company names are used for technical identification only and do not imply agency, authorisation or endorsement.
